Delicious bagels. I've been coming here since I was a kid. I have a noticed, it's a hit or miss when it comes to the customer service.
Their bagels are made fresh. This is a more.. down to earth kind of place. Nothing ritzy about it but if you want a quick bite, with not much interaction with/from the employees, and good cheap food. -

If anyone who has eaten a good bagel says these are good you must be an idiot or have poor taste
The bagels at Costco are the same and cheaper
This is like lees being called a real baguette
The bagels are large and good for a sandwich but not to be eaten as a bagel -

It's been several years since I've eaten here and I thought I'd give it another shot. And the food is definitely decent, not great, but the customer service is just atrocious.
I walked in and there was literally only one person in line before me. I ordered, and as they started making my order, a giant crowd came in. At this point I'm at the counter waiting to pay. People with smaller orders went through and paid, and I have to stand blocking the line as I haven't paid yet. Ok?
The way they do the orders, you have to tell them what you ordered, they write it down, then you have to repeat the entire order again when you go to pay. This is somewhat challenging if you ordered for several people as I did. But again, the customer service is the real issue here. It was literally two minutes after I ordered and the same girl who took my original order said "I didn't take your order." "Uhm, yes you did, like literally a minute ago?" And I started telling her the entire order again and she cut me off "oh yeah" then she went and got the ticket and rang me up. Inefficient, but whatever, I just want my bagels and to leave. But here's where it gets better (worse).
The way you grab your order is to wait to hear them read it out to you. But nobody read out my order. A woman who was behind me asked if a bagel sandwich was ready and the employee said yes here's your order. So she took the bag and left. I wait a moment and show my receipt - "sorry is this ready yet?" And the girl looks at my receipt and said "oh that lady took your food. I'll have to make it again." At this point I'm getting a little frustrated so I said "maybe having a name on each order would make it easier?" "No, we call out the order, not a number or a name." "Right, but you just lost $25 in bagels." "I'll remake it right now." So I wait several minutes again and finally get my order - at this point the large crowd was gone.
I will never eat here again. This is the sort of thing that is simply unacceptable. Clearly their system doesn't work. And customer service is not an optional thing, it should be the bedrock of your business model. That they so clearly don't care makes me sad. -

Average bagels, poor customer service. Ordered 6 onion bagels and received garlic bagels. Did not realize until I got in my car to check. Went back in to swap out and was told "sorry, you left the store with them." #NOTkosher

Parking is provided. Staff is helpful. Great kosher options. Bagels are good with a variety of cream cheese to choose from. What I come here for are for their soups that are all tasty and free of meats. If you ask you can taste test their soups before hand.
